LIVE STREAMING GEAR
VIDEO
Budget friendly (used in Mental Amusements): Sony ZV1- great inexpensive option that is small, has great autofocus for moving actor and no additional lenses needed
Premium (used by Chris in our meeting): Sony a7iii with Sony 24-70mm 2.8 lens - you can choose a lens for this camera that fits the needs of the show, super high quality camera, overkill for most live stream applications
Note: We run the cameras off battery but also have it plugged in so essentially it’s being recharged as it’s being used and have not had problems with batteries draining.
Tripod (any budget friendly tripod will work)
Backup batteries
LIGHTING
Elgato Key Light Air - can be controlled via app
Another lighting option - Neewer Bicolor LED Panels

Additional colored lights as needed for the show. Vinny has Lifx lights that Chris can control remotely with their app
AUDIO
Rhode Video Micro (mounts right on camera, inexpensive but sounds good especially if actor is within a few feet of camera, avoids the need for lapel/wireless things that could go wrong)
ART DIRECTION
BROADCAST (for bringing camera into USB)
Atem Mini (used in Mental Amusements but primarily for local multi cam switching if needed)
Elgato HD60s+ (Good and inexpensive option for bringing single camera HDMI feed into computer via USB)
